The job
This steel building sits in the trees at High Rolls, on the road up from Alamogordo to Cloudcroft. We sprayed the walls first, then worked the underside of the roof from scaffolding, spraying between the purlins from the eaves to the peak and leaving the steel frames bare.
The second photo shows the halfway point: walls done, roof mostly still bare metal. The third is one of our crew on the scaffold spraying the roof. The rest show the finished building, including the gable ends and a close look at the foam between the purlins.
Up here a metal building swings between warm afternoons and cold nights. Foam on the inside of the steel insulates it and seals the seams, which helps keep the temperature inside steadier and cuts down on the steel sweating on cold mornings.
