At nearly 9,000 feet, Cloudcroft gets snow, freeze-thaw cycles, and cold nights most of the year. Mountain cabins, second homes, and the lodges and shops in the village need insulation that seals against wind and handles moisture, which is where closed-cell foam earns its keep. We work throughout the Sacramento Mountains, from High Rolls to Mayhill, Weed, and Timberon.
We serve Otero County. Send us the property address and what you need done, and we’ll follow up about a visit or plan review.

Our work around Cloudcroft
High Rolls, NMSpray foam on the walls and under the roof of a steel building among the pines at High Rolls, shown during the work and after completion.
Mayhill, NMA metal building in Mayhill, in the mountains east of Cloudcroft, sprayed with foam on every wall and across the roof, up to its roll-up doors and windows.
What we see in Cloudcroft
Cloudcroft grew up as a summer retreat from the desert heat below, and many older cabins were built for summer use, with thin walls and little insulation. Now plenty get used in winter too. Heat leaking into the roof melts the snow on top, which refreezes as ice at the eaves. Spray foam insulation in the roof and walls keeps more of that heat in the living space. Snowmelt also soaks in under walks and porch slabs, and when one sinks, concrete leveling is often the fix.
Whether you live on the mountain year-round or come up for the summer, ask us to schedule a site visit.
