Our work around Silver City

What we see in Silver City
Silver City’s older neighborhoods are full of brick, adobe, and Victorian-era houses, many built before insulation was standard. Out of town you find frame and stucco houses, manufactured homes, and metal shops. Winters bring freezing nights and some snow, and the summer monsoon sets off heavy afternoon storms. In older houses, spray foam insulation usually does the most good in the attic or roof. Floodwater once cut Main Street into the Big Ditch. Runoff still carves soil from under hillside slabs, and many of those can be leveled again.
Tell us about the building and where it is in Grant County, and we’ll confirm scheduling and set up a site visit.
Tell us where the property is and what you’re working on, and we’ll arrange a site visit or review your plans before preparing a free written estimate.
