Questions to confirm with the program

  • Which utility serves the project address and whether the account type qualifies
  • Whether the program is open and still has funding or capacity
  • Which materials, measures, efficiency levels, and installation methods qualify
  • Whether an audit, preapproval, or participating contractor is required before work begins
  • Which invoices, product records, photos, forms, and deadlines apply
  • How utility incentives interact with taxes or other programs

Estimates and program requirements

Southwest Foam Solutions can provide a project estimate and discuss the proposed scope. The utility, government agency, lender, or tax authority—not the contractor—decides program eligibility and benefit amounts.

This page is not tax, legal, lending, or financial advice. It does not represent a financing offer, guarantee a rebate, reserve program funding, or confirm that a material or project qualifies.

Ask the program administrator which approvals and records are required before purchasing materials or scheduling work. Consult a qualified tax professional for tax questions.

Need an estimate for the work itself?

We price the job; the utility or agency decides what qualifies. Ask for the estimate whenever you are ready and keep the rebate paperwork separate.
